I specialize in working with people who are experiencing workplace stress. Professionals and First Responders face a unique level of pressure and exceptionally high expectations. When you feel isolated and overwhelmed, I am here to provide a new perspective, discuss coping strategies, or just be an unbiased confidential listener. You are often the people who hold this community together and you deserve to have someone in your corner.
Although I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and methods of Mindfulness, no two individuals are the same and I tailor our sessions to your needs. Additionally, I provide online therapy through a HIPPA-compliant, secure platform. Online therapy allows us to structure sessions when they are convenient for you, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
I accept most insurance companies and L&I, although I also understand the desire to remain confidential for some professions and do accept private pay clients as well.
